What to bring

Please make sure you arrive with two valid pieces of personal identification. At least one piece of identification must include a recent photo.

We regret that due to privacy laws, we cannot accept Ontario Health cards as a valid form of identification.

Fees

Document notarization is $25.00 CDN + tax. We accept cash, Interac debit and VISA/MasterCard cards. Charges for multiple copies or additional notarized documents is negotiable. Please contact us for additional details.
